"We've stayed here several times, the staff accommodates request for specific room, cleans & makes room up daily & is central to venues throughout area & Toronto. The daily room cleaning & straightening we haven't seen in other hotels. We'll continue to stay here when heading to Toronto. "

"We enjoyed our stay - the only thing that would be great is if large groups travelling with kids for tournaments would respect that others are staying at the hotel and at least not let children run the halls screaming until late at night. Otherwise, the hotel is very clean, room was very nice and spacious and even with the storm, staff did a great job cleaning the snow and they were very friendly and professional. Thank you! Would stay again"

"This is a beautiful hotel! Shower was to awesome, Dove shampoo products supplied. Free breakfast each morning (pancakes, eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt) and so much more. Microwave and small fridge included in room. Parking underground or above. Staff extremely friendly. Can't wait to stay again! "
