"The young lady who checked us in was excellent! Very informative and kind. We needed bedding for the sofa bed and she supplied that. My only issue is the day they were suppose to service the room all they took was the garbage. We asked house keeping lady in hall she said leave towels in hall and get new ones from front desk. Went down to front desk later in day and she had no towels available until 10:00am Sunday morning. Very inconvenient! "

"Our stay was perfect in every way except one. The hotel lobby was amazing & beautiful. We loved the layout. Breakfast was very good. The room was very clean, comfy & nice. Better than we expected. Great price only downfall was they were remodeling and had workers who woke up early and felt entitled to being super loud in the hallways.
