"I’m a middle aged woman who was traveling alone. When I mentioned I was traveling alone, the owners/managers put me in a room right across from the lobby and the woman let me know I was in the room next to theirs. I found this quite kind and thoughtful. The next day, I needed 2 documents printed and the gentleman working the counter took care of that for me, too. It might not be the fanciest hotel, but my room’s shower had great water pressure, a quiet in-room air unit, a well cleaned room and the hotel has staff committed to fantastic customer service. I’d lodge there again if I return to Watseka. FYI, there’s a gas station/convenience store right next door and a Mexican restaurant across the street. A McDonalds is walking distance away and you’re only 2 miles from a WalMart super center, so the hotel is also very conveniently located. "
