"This is a very basic 1960s roadside motel that has been kept up and gently renovated over time. It is family owned and it shows love and care. The rooms are basic but scrupulously clean, and very quiet and comfortable. There is a small microwave, individual coffee maker, and a larger refrigerator/freezer than usual in such units. The bathroom is clean and has soap and shampoo provided. (No hair dryer, but you really don't need one in the desert.) The air conditioning unit is a bit noisy but...

"The house was in the perfect location to visit family in the same neighborhood. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint was the pool; one of the highlighted features of the property. It looked as though it had not been attended to in AT LEAST a month. It was green/brown versus crystal blue as represented in the property listing. It was also 112 degrees the day we arrived; the house was almost 95 upon entry. It would have been nice for the management company/owner to cool...
