"I went during off peak season so I had a fairly quiet stay. The staff at the hostel was friendly. The room looked a bit outdated with no decor whatsoever but the bed was comfy and the shower was decent. The breakfast was free which was a plus. There wasn’t any social activities organised by the hostel. The location was nice and it’s easy to get around by foot or by bus."

Everything was well cared for, the community space was always open for anyone (they didn't even really mind when people would let others in when the receptionists were off, since usually it was either well-known friends or other guests wanting to get out of the sun, etc). The kitchen was clean, and even though the beds were all rather cramped together and it was a little hard to get up into the top bunk every night, I had a genuinely rlly good experience there"

"A lovely place to stay. Arrived late but the instructions about out-of-hours access to the room were both accurate and easy to follow. The newly refurbished room was extremely clean and comfortable, although generally the sound-proofing was inadequate - no problem for me but potentially troublesome for sober guests or those sensitive to church bells, chirpy European visitors and even chirpier construction workers. "It is nice that my package came with half board. The breakfast is very good. I was just disappointed about how outdated and rough many parts of the hotel look. I stayed on the 4th floor with my family and there is absolutely no WiFi up there, despite the description saying that there is WiFi in the rooms. Apparently there was a leak from our apartment to the one below that we were not aware of so we had to have plumbers in our apartment while we weren’t there. The Cardor part of the complex...
