"Room was very good. Spacious and with good facilities. Unfortunately breakfast is started late at 8 a. m and as we are travelling an earlier start at 7.30a.m would be better as the service was very slow. We arrived at 8 and did not get a hot drink until 8.20! No croissant or fresh pastry just a bun in a packet to accompany the bread and ham/cheese.. A little disappointing. "The front picture is the thermal baths, not the hotel. This said, as a 2*, it is great. Close to the ski lift and the town centre. Could not be located much better. The manager and staff were fab too. Very helpful. The bed was a bit hard for me and the pillows not great. But this may just be me. My partner was fine. Highly recommend. "

"Impressively poor in so many ways. We only took it as a last resort, and you should have the same approach. Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there". Dangerously broken steps to rear balcony/patio, which was too overgrown to use anyway. See photo. Basically this is a dormitory-style place for young foolish skiiers and not much else."

"We really liked this hotel because of the friendly staff, lovely room with a balcony, and the fantastic breakfast. There is also a super cool second floor patio which is available to all of the guests. We were hiking all day and didn't feel like going out to a restaurant, so we picked up some groceries across the street at the little convenience store and enjoyed our snacks while laying in the anti-gravity chairs and looking up at the stars. "We booked this hotel because it had a nice pool and stunning views of the Pyrenees. The day we arrived it was raining and so the outdoor pool was closed. We were not allowed to use the indoor pool which seemed to be reserved for spa customers. Despite this, the food was fabulous and the staff very courteous."

"This was a wonderful place to stay! The owners of the hotel were so nice, and even made sure we had a to-go breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning to catch a flight. Rooms are clean, and it's very close-by to restaurants and hiking trails."
