"The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. "

"This is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest. The staff is professional, pleasant, effective and very courteous. The food at the venue is excellent. The facilities at the hotel are great. The view point at the hotel is mesmerising. The only downside is the road leading to the hotel - it is dire. This needs urgent attention. I will not hesitate to go back to this excellent...

"The property is simply fabulous. The first impression whenyou enter the property is amazing. You cross over a bridge to reach reception. Enroute there are stairs to access bird zones. Rich lush green all over, lili pods, swans, etc. We stayed with family of teens and elderly parents. We had booked huts. The rooms were very comfortable and had all facilities you would expect. "Property set in the wild life sanctuary was lovely . Standard rooms were ok needed some updating . We upgraded our room to a more comfortable space . Restauant was poor on food and service . Upon reaching the wildlife sanctuary we had to pay to get in even though hotel was booked with the reserve also was offended that i had to pay a lot more than my partner and was refered to as a forgiener adult racist to say the least"

"Overall, the property was very nice and good value. Just a couple of maintenance related issues such as the balcony door was misaligned and was not easy to lock. The bathroom door was squeaky and the bright air conditioning light would not turn off with the remote. I also strongly recommend the management to consider putting some contrast strips on stairs. Just make it easier for people with low vision to navigate. Overall, the property is very nice comfortable, staff is very nice and friendly....
