They also talk about the guests at their back in arabic....assuming no one can understand. They also chagred my stay on my card though it was paid online at the end they refunded the amount in cash..."

We were out one day and we came back to the room unlocked, the housekeeping cart in the living room, the windows open but no one was in. This was rather disconcerting as we had our bags in our room.
