"I appreciated their attention to a situation I had with a condition of my room. Too long to go into and I'm not going to, but I communicated with the staff person and he took my concern seriously and cared about the outcome. I really appreciated their business like attitude and solution. "

"I had to wipe down the surfaces (desk and nightstand) as they were sticky and had water marks from drinks and crumbs from food. There was no remote for the tv and no guide for the channels. I had to go to the front desk to get these items. House keeping never checked in with us. I had to go to the front desk to request fresh towels after 2 days. There was a help wanted sign out front so they may be short of help. "

"I give it a 5-star rating based on that it's a 2-star hotel. It doesn't claim otherwise, so it wouldn't be right to do it in comparison to other hotels in the variety or star ratings.. That said, I've stayed at ABVI that were absolute dumps, whereas this hotel was definitely respectable - and at such a great price!... I'd recommend it for sure, if you're looking to save a buck.... for sure!"
