"Rooms are in very good shape, excellent wifi, aircon good. Good value for the price. Not a hotel, this is some house with rooms renovated to rent out. Caretaker on site, friendly but very little English. Building from outside looks like a house, right behind Bank of Guam. Close to Galleria, places to eat, but actual street is backside of gambling place, drunks, etc. outside"

I went there.. they said pool is at the other hotel they own and we would have to tell them if we want to go there every.single.time.
