"We were visiting our son who had just moved near the hotel in Spain. It was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been in. The history and architecture were striking. The restaurant was delicious and kind to hungry Americans. It’s easily walkable to all Burgos de Osma has to offer including the Main Street and castle. The springs under the hotel were a treat! "The castle is a dream. Wonderful place.Stunning .Super clean. Quiet walkable city down the hill. Beautiful rooms. The only bad thing was dinner time. It’s a shame that are so short staffed. It took forever to get food and a long wait (30 min.) to get coffee after dinner. A hotel with this stature should offer an excellent service all around. "

"Very nice place. We were unlucky as we had two days of rain. Room very nice. Only discounts for: - no heating in bathroom - very cold tiles and no slippers. Would be easy to put those. There was a space heater, but it cannot be moved to the bathroom (no plug) - internet did not reach top floor"
