Minor quality construction issues, sticking doors that were difficult to open or close at the bathroom."

"The Hesston location was very clean and the room was up-to-date. I did have an issue with the TV remote that the staff quickly corrected with new batteries. "

"Basic amenities. Facility is being remodeled and was a mess. Staff worked hard during our stay and it improved during our stay. People were friendly. Room was not very clean. It was not bad enough to warrant leaving but was way too expensive for what we got. Also, hotel advertised the availability of a king suite - two rooms. We got charged for the larger room. This hotel did not have any suites. We are trying to get a refund for the overcharge."
