"Beautiful family resort. WIFI not effective /working in the rooms at the back but thats a minor oversight but would be helpful to have an information leaflet at reception to advise client's about services provided etc laundry, no phones in room but extn is xxx, towels for pools, expectations for the use of the beach... small admin info otherwise will be recommending this resort to friends and family...also can you consider a ramp to the pool please... lots of access but all are stairs... just...

"We stayed in Fale Lina, one of the over the water fales. Surrounded by crystal clear aqua-blue water we spent hours on our large patio watching ocean ripples for sea turtles. (Which we saw often!) Each morning I’d grab my mask and fins and snorkel out to the nearby reef for a closer look at the abundance of sea life. "This is a beautiful little hotel which is nice and close the the Piula Cave Pool - walking distance. However, their communication was not great prior to arrival. As a result, organising an airport transfer to the hotel proved stressful. "

"A lot of potential and room for improvement. When staying with my partner and son the road is very bumpy and it’s a long drive from the main road so have a car handy. The staff need training in customer service as well. When we ordered dinner there were things on the menu that weren’t available and they charge $12 for 1L of water. The pool wasn’t cleaned. There were plumbing issues as well as from out bathroom to outside hallway smelt like sewage and waste. Breakfast said it started at 7 however...

"Spent an amazing few nights at Faofao fales. The fale is right on the beach and a great place to relax. The family that run these fales are very friendly and beautiful hosts. The meals were so tasty and enjoyed lovely cocktails on the eating area veranda looking out over the ocean. Will definitely return here. The mosquito nets were intact, the mattresses comfortable and the shared bathroom facilities were well kept and cleaned. The location is close to To Sua trench and lolmanu beach however...

"The hotel was great for us overall, though it could use a bit of a refresh as it’s starting to feel a little dated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the swimming pool, conveniently located right outside our villa, was a highlight of our stay. This hotel was truly amazing when it first opened, and we would love to see it restored with some updates to bring it back to its full potential."
