"We had a pull out couch as a 3rd bed. Was not comfortable at all. And I don’t know that anyone has cleaned under it. That being said, this is my fourth stay here over a 2/3 yr period. Usually plenty clean. A good warm breakfast. And a very nice staff! I have noticed a lot of guests with dogs, that at times are VERY distracting. Please put put all said guest at one end of the building, and everyone else at the other. "

"This was a fantastic location to walk right out to the beach! The recommendation to Gulf Carts was helpful. We booked the family unit and expected the kids to sleep on the sofa beds but they fell in love with the twin bed room. The sofa beds were not at all comfortable but when we were leaving, they told us these are being replaced early 2025. Also note, there is no elevator so if you can't climb stairs, request a first floor unit. View from 3rd floor deck is worth the climb."

Bed was super comfy but we did go purchase a comforter from dollar general bc the ones they have are pretty old and not great but the sheets were very clean and we slept great. Mary at the front desk was so sweet and gave amazing customer service. The rooms could use a deep clean but overall I would stay here again for the price and hospitality. "
