"This is the fourth time I’ve stayed here. The last two have been drastic improvements. The refurbishments are obvious. The character of the bldg is somewhat respected. The staff are kind. The room is fresh. And the complimentary treats were a pleasant surprise. Love being downtown. Thank you. Will be back again. "

"Girls theater stay. Small house 3 floors 3 bdrm 1 in attic. All dble beds. Adequate for our needs. Clean for the most part. Beds floors etc. Drips and smears on kitchen cupboards that we cleaned up. Shower curtain needs a good clean. SheetS were good and comfy. Beds ok. Lots of towels and great to have coffee and tea things. Chocolate a nice touch. Would stay again if we needed 3 beds. Not walkable to downtown or theaters. In future would pay the extra $50 to stay closer and not have to...

"Everything was amazing. The room was clean and bright, the staff were helpful, and we were close ti the theatres we needed. The only thing that I'd say that I didn't love was the noisy furnace/vent/whatever. I had earplugs and the problem was solved, so it wasn't a big deal. If you're a light sleeper like I am, bring ear plugs in case. Otherwise, this place was a gem and we will definitely be back!"

Excellent location near restaurants and close to Avon Theatre. Limited help as there is no on site front desk person to for sure assist in an immediate sense, especially at night. Left voicemails, sent emails and never heard back. The night before I was supposed to check in, I received a text message from the property informing me they had a hiccup with overbooking and would no longer be able to accommodate my reservation. "
