"We had a fantastic stay in our double room. The building is incredible, a real marvel to stay in. The room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed and nice warm high pressure shower. There is busy traffic outside but, as suggested in the room itself, we enjoyed sitting and watching it go by and were undisturbed by any noise. The blackout curtains also blocked any light out. "Limehome Basel Münzgasse is in the heart of the Old Town and in easy walking distance of many attractions (Kunstmuseum Basel, etc.) and the transport links to go further afield (easy access to trams and the rail station). We found the location ideal for our family trip with our 5-year-old son. The accommodation was very clean, and the kitchen was well enough stocked that we could make meals as and when needed. "Love the convenience of the location. The floor plan was unexpected but great; charming. Loved having the two bathrooms (one full, one half). Wish it had air conditioning. It was warm and stuffy when we arrived. "

"Check in was weird as the reception was closed. There was an envelope with our room key. Room was OK but very small and the shower could not be closed due to weird construction. The shower floor was very slippery. Breakfast buffet was excellent. There is no restaurant and the nearest place to eat is some kilometers across a rather steep descent."

"The hosts were so thoughtful. Walked us to the bus stop to show us the way, recommended restaurants, totally planned our trip to Luzern..even fixed us special tea for our allergy coughs we brought with us. Looking forward to staying there in the future."
