"First of all I want to say how very grateful I am for the kind staff at this property. The staff at this hotel is always super friendly and makes check-in quick and easy. I was traveling alone recently and extremely tired. The young woman at the desk actually ran to the rooms to help find me a clean one early so I could rest. Words cannot describe how very grateful I am for her act of kindness. It was cold out and a bad ice storm was coming! The city was soon covered and everyone was stuck in....

"The staff at this hotel is always super friendly and makes check-in quick and easy. They are very accommodating if you request a certain room or area as well which I appreciate when traveling alone. I took 1 star away because my shower did not work, but I still had hot/cold water and was able to bathe. It was nothing to stop me from continuing to return here whenever I visit in Omaha.
