"Great property. Travelling from Canada, we drove from Copenhagen to Nyborg and decoded to stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, offered to make us a reservation, and front desk is operational 24 hours a day. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. The wayer pressure in the bathroom was great and the body was really nice: wish i bought a bottle. No shampoo or conditioner. Shower was small but didn't matter to me. Dorect beach acces, great view of the belt...

"This hotel says it is 4 star hotel. I would definitely not agree. The location is beautiful nature area near the water but the property is in serious need of attention. The immense amount of cobwebs in the pergola covered walking areas and dead vegetation in the gardens was frankly depressing and creepy. The carpet was in need of replacement 20 years ago easily. No A/C in Denmark is normal but what I don't understand is, if you KNOW everyone will have to open the windows, why wouldn't they have...

"The absolute worst accommodation I have ever experienced. Wooden cabins full of dust and dirt, old mattresses full of dust and never cleaned, lots of ants all over the cabin, couldn't get rid of them. The upper floor is climbed by a very steep ladder, absolutely unsuitable for the safety of children. No beds upstairs, only mattresses on the floor. Stale air. Nevermore."

"Endnu et godt ophold på Svanegården. Der er lige præcis det der skal være, ikke mere eller mindre. Fine værelser, hyggelig opholdsstue med Danmarks bedste snack buffet! OBS: Der er ingen morgenmad, men der er fine chokoladeboller, frugt og kaffe i snackbaren, som ganske fint kan gøre det ud for morgenmad. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen. "

"Musholm Bugt Feriecenter had double booked, which meant they did not have a room for us when we arrived. They had sent us an email late in the afternoon telling us about the situation, which we had not seen upon arrival. In the email, which we only read later, Musholm took responsibility for the double booking, but when we talked to them they blamed it on hotels.com (which was not true). "Beautiful building and unique location. Comfortable room and wonderful dining experience! Staff a little inexperienced but very helpful and friendly. Poor communication between restaurant and hotel had us very nearly not being charged for dinner. You shouldn’t have to rely on the honesty of your guests! Otherwise faultless. "

"The hotel is visibly old and could do with a refurbishment. The room was spacious but primitive. The restaurant is recently overtaken by two younger chefs and is excellent. The hotel and restaurant are seperate businesses. The hotel staff was kind but forgetful. My partner is intolerant to Gluten but despite having called in advance and been reassured that glutenfree bread was available, it was still forgotten twice at breakfast and long waiting as consequence.
