"It was clean and peaceful "

"It’s very quaint. The room was very clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. The pillows were good but kind of old. The owners were extremely nice and upgraded our room for free. We would stay here again."

"Nice place for the money. Quiet area, but close to the shopping areas, and lots of places nearby to eat, which is handy since there isn't a breakfast included. The room was nice and large with a separate fridge & freezer. Bathroom was small and could use a little updating, but a great place to stay for the money."

"My only complaint is that the indoor pool was out of order and that is the main reason we booked here originally. However, we enjoyed the breakfast, cleanliness, and room size of the King Suite enough that it was all okay! "

"Room was basic but clean. The only problem was the noise from the rooms next door. The adjoining room doors are very thin and we could hear every word said in the next room. "

"Everything about this place is awesome. It's so quiet and clean. I needed time away from the city and this place is definitely far from the city life. They offer wifi and you WILL need it. There is almost zero reception in the area... but I'm not complaining. The staff was awesome and very accommodating. Will be back for sure. "

"Although the staff was great, the property is old and tired. The attempt to update falls short, very short. TV did not work. Shower was barely warm. Tile floor (entire floor) was dirty (not easy to keep clean). Again, not the fault of Staff, property is just worn out!"

"Very nice property on the river. Clean house & cabins. Comfortable beds. Awesome outside fireplace. We spent a lot of time there in the cool evenings. Very spacious. This was our second time staying here & we will be back."

"Being just outside of town, it is very peaceful and still convenient to everything. There ended up being 6 of us there and we enjoyed being able to sit around the table and eating and talking together. Also set outside around the patio table since weather was great. I recommend it to everyone that wants a place to relax and enjoy visiting with each other. "
