"Everything first class. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Appreciated our luggage being taken to and from our room. Standard room very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Enjoyed using the coffee machine and appreciated the excellent breakfast tea and china teapot. Lovely biscuits and complimentary gin too. Also liked the chocolates and handwritten postcard for my husband's birthday, a nice gesture. Made full use of the spa facilities the following morning namely the pool, jacuzzi and...

"Wonderful weekend in Bath. Very conveniently placed as just a mile from the city centre. Staff were helpful and attentive. The room was perfect for a place to stay. "

"Hotel is under construction, which looks horrible from the outside, but most of the inside is beautiful. Restaurant food was delicious and the drinks were very good. Beds were extremely comfortable and rooms clean. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Lovely clean room. Comfortable bed. Television, off room shower which is nice and powerful. Separate toilet. The only issue is the noise of the Docks and the main road. Needs attention on the windows, possibly triple glazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I was very surprised at this hotel for the price, our room was lovely, clean, nicely decorated and quiet. Not many hotels I sleep well but the bed was comfy and the pillows. Was lovely waking up and going to the pool/spa facilities. Great stay"
