It relates back to it's foundation as a hotel in the 1950s with atractive travel posters.the rooms are spacious with modern shower room and toilets. Ther is adequate storage for a short stay and a large comfortable bed. The reception is in another building one street away which is of historical significance to lovers of classical guitar and cello music. It is where Luigi Boccerini lived and worked. "

"A nice, small hotel with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. We went for the Carnevale and were happy to find it was inside the barriers, so we didn’t have to pay an entrance fee. Very convenient location to food the promenade. The owners were very helpful and flexible."

"This is the second time I've stayed at this property and once again it was a very rewarding experience. It's a family run hotel and there is a great deal of warmth toward customers. My room was well maintained and I really like the fact that there was always somebody at the front desk in the event I had a question. Giovanni was very helpful on arranging transport for me to the train station.. I look forward to return to Lucca when I do, hopefully I'll be able to stay at this property again."
