"A great place to start only a 5 mins walk to the bus station for a trip in to Edinburgh ,supermarket 5 mins away and petrol on the doorstep 😁"

"We missed the turning as postcode didnt take us to the Bothie direct, but as soon as we saw the Laggan Lock sign right by the bus stop we never missed it. The place was easy to get the keys with the key code. The room its self was not like you see in the photos, which looks all cute and colourful.... and also not much room. Saying this the bed was big and so so comfy after walking all day. Their was a small domino stove top, small fridge for the wine and crockery and cup/glasses all was...

"We stayed while walking the Great Glen Way. It is a mile from the route. We had a great dinner at the Eagle Barge Inn before going to hostel. Very small room with bunk bed and shared bathroom. Have to rent towels. End of season so no breakfast, but a kitchen was available to use. We walked to the Well of Seven Heads coffee shop for breakfast. "

"Heavenly view, so peaceful listening to the wind in the trees. A real getaway from the bustle of modern life, just wished we could have stayed longer. An adventure driving up the hill for a mile or so too!"

"Very friendly host, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Beams were a little low near the bed so remember to duck! Plenty on offer for continental breakfast including homemade bread. Due to covid we struggled finding places to eat however we were able to use the oven in the kitchen to heat up some food we bought from the nearby co-op. We visited the reindeer centre and it was amazing I thoroughly recommend this trip!"
