We contacted the office the same day and they claim they are not there (even though the find my airpods shows exactly where they are). Don't forget anything. You will never see them again. "It is a small hotel, my room was tiny, but it was just for me. I was given great information from Darcy when arriving. The bed was comfortable, bathroom small but, adequate. I had trouble getting the heat to work and was brought a heater which worked fine. I thought the price was fair for this cute hotel."
