"It is very functional and it was clean and tidy but there is barley enough room to walk round the bed or turnaround in the bathroom On the plus side the receptionist was lovely and breakfast was good It’s very easy to get to the supermarket where there were places to eat "

"This is a great small hotel. Staff are friendly and clear about current regulations. The room we had was small but clean and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean. We like to have the windows open and this was possible although there was some noise from traffic. The pool looked very inviting although we didn’t stay long enough to use. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open for evening meals when we were there but the menu looked good. "

We used it for a one night stay (as a break in a long journey) and we arrived fairly late in the day, we learned later,after the time the reception normally closed but the staff were there to welcome us. "Outside is a takeaway with motorbike deliveries, no wall paper on the walls in the hallways (we were told it was being decorated), no real door to the toilet/shower. Didn’t realise it was 2-star but it was clean and functional, host was pleasant. Lack of aircon plus the outside noise meant we simply didn’t sleep (it was August) so without aircon was always going to be a challenge. "
