"We were very happy with this hotel. It was a nice surprise. I loved the cleanliness and parking. The little extras were very nice as well. Water, tea, and fruit plus a few toiletries. "If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. "I just want to say how much I appreciate this property. We arrived late but they have a 24/7 hotline on standby for clarifications and guidelines. They are very quick to reply to concerns. "This is a nice clean hotel. The owner and his wife are amazing. They are hardworking. Rooms are basic ( 2 star ) but very clean and have AC. Breakfast is included and has multiple choices for everyone. We enjoyed our time there and the town and neighborhood are safe and very clean. We would stay there again ! "

"Was a great stay, was actually the cheapest hotel room from our stay in Europe that week, but was still very comfortable, amazing location, and free parking garage. breakfast was very basic, though, no hot foods. Also with parking they only allow exit once, so if you plan to come in and out you will have to pay extra. Check in very easy using mailbox outside with code that was sent to us. "

"This is a really unique and quirky property! We really enjoyed our room. We booked the top attic room with 5 twin beds and our kids/teens loved it! Really unique space with interesting history. I won't recommend it to people with mobility issues, as the stairs are steep and the ceiling has low beams. But for us it was a really fun experience. Other rooms may not be this way. "Horrible! The church next door rang bells every 30 minutes! Very, very loud! Food is restaurant expensive, very over priced!"

"We are glad we chose this hostel for our one night stay. The only tricky part was finding the S21 to Trogen as it is past the train station near a corner and unmarked, but a local helped us. The hostel is a short walk down a steep incline from the Birnbaume stop. It is clean and the breakfast is adequate. The view from the cafeteria is lovely. Board the S21 back towards town to Marktplatz to visit the Cathedral and Abbey Library."

"Even though it was cool outside, the room was not cooled down during the night as we couldn’t leave the balcony door open due to a lot of mosquitoes and bugs. Wish there were fans in the room! There were so MANY flies in the breakfast room and buzzing around bread and jam and such. And I’m not exaggerating at all. Wonder how clean everything is. "
