Only the kitchen ficilities let things down slightly due to high usage (taps loose in their fittings, communal scouring pads need more frequent replacement - one microwave was inoperable). I had to find accommodation elsewhere after waiting in the property foyer for over an hour. I had travelled more than 5 hours to get there to not have access to a room I had paid for.
