"Reasonable price and very clean. A bit loud from noise within the premises whether it was other guests or loud appliances from downstairs at all hours. Please remove the zipties holding signs on the "Slippery when wet" signs on the railing of the staircase to enter the property. I received two very large cuts to my hands caused by the jagged edges of these zipties."

"Well run and clean property with few signs of wear and tear despite high usage. Bathrooms were clean and air-circulation was good. Only the kitchen ficilities let things down slightly due to high usage (taps loose in their fittings, communal scouring pads need more frequent replacement - one microwave was inoperable). But would definitely stay again."

I had to find accommodation elsewhere after waiting in the property foyer for over an hour. I had travelled more than 5 hours to get there to not have access to a room I had paid for. "The property was ok but looks like an unkept share house. Not the cleanest and the Hot water took forever to get going. "

"Lower bathroom showerhead broken, entire unit stunk of Indian food coming from next door, neighbors making noise every night until early hours, TV not working. we requested some clean towels which did not arrive. lots of traffic noise. Premises not very clean. For what we paid no value at all."
