"horrible, horrible, horrible. mouse trap. paid for hotel 1 month before and when I was arriving there they said I had no reservation, even though it was fully paid. I had to keep my rental car for an extra day, went to 3 hotels before I could get a place to stay. I had to stay in 3 different rooms in 2 different hotels. waisted fun time with moving and hotel change. spend on extra car rental, more expensive places, moving rooms and hotels. how unpleasant it was! got reimbursed for what I had...

Nos dieron como “solución alternativa” hospedarnos en otro Riad a cambio de 50 euros, sin factura ni otra documentación. Dada las horas, aceptamos la estafa y reserve otro Riad al día siguiente. No recomendaría este hotel bajo ningún concepto."

"Pleasant stay , breakfast is excellent! Nice room ! Location is not the best choice however it’ gives you challenges to figure out the intricate alleyways system in Fes . SMohammed is very pleasant and picked me up at the gate of Médina @ 10pm , otherwise I would have lost in the night "
