What was a big disappointment was the attitude of the staff--starting with an incompetent and surly check-in by the hotel's bartender -- we had paid for a third person and bed but he tried to charge us again for that extra. Then the room maid didn't show up the first day of the stay and only half did the job the second. It could be a really nice place to stay if they had any sense of...

"Grata sorpresa, excelente, comodo,buena cama, cobijas limpio, personal super atento, desayuno impecable, estacionamiento, a/c perfecto , agua caliente. Aspectos a verificar antes de su llegada: la recepcion tiene un horario, asegurese de dejar un email o una manera que le contacten ( lo haran son super diligentes). Distancia de Aveiro 18 min en carro. Si va a ver la TV la pantalla es pequeña. Totalmente recomendable."
