"I was too anxious when i booked at this property then read the reviews. I was worried that my family will not be comfortable and won't enjoy our holidays. I booked last minute and my budget was limited. Went there without expecting anything. The apartment was basic. Basic swimming pool but my kids 5 and 3 years old enjoyed swimming. "Wonderful property with nice swimming pools and activities for the kids. The camping would be excellent if the service level would be in line with the quality of the resort. Service in restaurants is really poor. They are understaffed and most of employees (except Hector!) are inexperienced and not really motivated. Although I reckon it has a cost, the impact on the overall customer experience is huge so I would definitely invest just a bit more in service level. It is really unprofessional to...

Would have loved sunbathing area around bungalow but it was only available at pool area. Mostly Spanish / French in park so not much for English...
