"We had to stay here just a night we checked in late and really didn’t get to enjoy the room as much as we would have liked. We had a family emergency in Missoula. Bed was comfy and I might suggest more stocking on the coffee in the rooms. Overall it was quite comfortable"

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Spacious room with amenities for outdoor activities. Liked the second floor room with balcony and view of mountains. Could have used local TV channels as this property was in downtown Missoula. Only negative was the shower floor could have been cleaned better."

"Great front desk staff! The staff responsible for the breakfast were also really great. Food was way better than most if not all breakfast food I have had offered by a hotel. The only complaint is, we stayed for 3 nights and not 1 time did housekeeping attend our room. No fresh towels, garbage piled up. Not impressed with that. That is why the staff and service only got 2 stars. "
