"Be carful not to get this hotel mixed up with Hotel Ansgar in Esbjerg! When you finally figure out what happened and try to cancel your booking they will tell you to call Expedia to waste time so that they can keep the full payment. I travel twice a month to Denmark, specifically West Jutland, but I will never stay at this hotel no matter if it's the last hotel left! "

"I phoned the hotel at 14:30 on my day of arrival, as I would not be arriving until shortly after 20:00. I was told that the keys would be left in a locked box, and I was given the code. When I got to the hotel, although I could open the box, the keys were not there. Another couple who were staying there said the same had happened to them and gave me the contact telephone number. When I called, it was a prerecorded message in Danish, but no one answered. I was locked out of the hotel with no idea...

Dette feriehus ligger lige i centrum af Ansager - en hyggelig, mindre by. Ret fredeligt og roligt midt i skolernes vinterferie i februar måned. Som forbedring kunne vi ønske os bedre hovedpuder, som giver bedre støtte, når man sover. Desuden mangler der information om sengetøj og håndklæder, som enten skal lejes/bestilles hos værten, dvs Dancenter...
