"Must be the worst guesthouse have ever stayed at. From the bad impression you get at reception to the disorganized staff at reception to the rooms, every thing is in need of a serious upgrade. The cold room with no heater or aircon and bad WiFi. Is just not on. The terrible driveway and unsafe entrance. To get out your car and walk to push a button for someone to open the gate. "Overall it was not a pleasant stay. We were given the room with no water. After lodging in the complaint we were allocated with another room which had no warm or hot water. Imagine a cold shower in the morning. Guesthouse webpage says free breakfast under amenities but we were told it's not inclusive we must pay for it. This we found was not right as it was misleading."

"When I arrived the Hotel had no record of my booking although i had received a confirmation email from Hotels.com. The hotel advised that they no longer use Hotels.com. This is the 2nd time this has happened with a Hotels.com booking. I will never use Hotels.com ever again"

"On arrival we had to wait because the room was not ready. The card machine didn't work so I had to do an eft payment. I understand that covid is hard on local businesses, but the room needs serious maintenance and cleaning. The breakfast was surprisingly ok. The people were friendly. "
