"It was wonderful! Catelin and Raul both were outstanding! Catelin helped me with my confusion in the dates I reserved. Raul worked so hard to find some aspirin for my wife as well as get us an extra blanket! So grateful for both of them! The ONLY thing that wasn’t ideal for me was that the window by our sink was still pretty bright at night, even with the curtain down. I like total darkness when I go to sleep, and the light was pretty was pretty significant from that area of the room."

"The room was small the bed was comfortable the shower was hot. I guess i got what i paid for. The hospital said they gave a better rate if you told them you were there for hospital procedure but the rate was higher than booking it online. "

This is what I would consider a mid-tier hotel comparable to Holiday Inn Express or Fairfield Inn & Suites and I felt the value was a little better than most other comparable hotels I've stayed at in the past several years. Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Good hot breakfast options as well as the usual cold cereals and bakery goods. The only negative was the instant oatmeal--the fruit flavored options were inedible and there was no maple and brown sugar...
