"We all enjoyed ourselves. The views, the breeze, the patio was by far our favorite part. There was a bit of a hiccup when checking in but owners had it situated within minutes. Lovely, clean space and very family friendly. Would definitely come back."

"The photos and description did not do justice for Hot Mess. We were closer to the beach than I thought and had wonderful views. The house, kitchen, beds and pool were all designed nicely and very comfortable. It made us feel at home. Loved that we had two decks (one with easy access for the dogs) and an elevator. The elevator made this trip possible for my mom and our senior dogs!"

"The house is located in the beautiful Emerald Isle Beach. We realize that everyone is getting back to work and jobs after the Pandemic and there are I am sure staff shortages, however, the cleanliness was noticeably lacking. The dishwasher was broken and lock on sliding door broken. Sun and Surf was easily reachable and quick to respond . Staff was friendly and helpful since we talked to maintenance several times. "It was a beautiful trip! Lovely house, fantastic views & beaches. We enjoyed the beach & the aquarium. And the multiple ice cream shops right down the street! We did feel like the tvs should be updated in the bedrooms & the washer/dryer are very dated. Overall awesome vacation!"
