Having this option helped us to unload our luggage and familiarize ourselves with the room and facility so when we arrived back at the room at midnight all we had to do was walk in straight to our room and get to sleep. All of the staff during our stay were friendly and helpful when asked questions. Even though our visit was short, our time there was enjoyable. "
