"The front desk lady, Valerie, is always very nice. I have stayed here a few times and always have good service. This is a no frills hotel but for the price its not bad at all! The kitchen area is nice and the bathrooms are a nice size. I like that the doors look at 11pm and you cant enter the hotel without a room key. I will stay here again and id recommend it to a friend. "

"Had a problem with the room saw nets in room they came and changes our room but the hotel was busy so are first room was a double Queen but ended up in a single queen witĥ 5 people but the management dixed our bill room was clean and overall a freat stay this is our go to hotel qhen we come to Peoria thanks for the great service "

"Bad cigarette smoke smell. Not convenient to park - in the back, had to walk almost to the end with my belongings (I am 74) and there was a door 2 places down which would have been more convenient to park but sign said “Use Other Door” so I had to tote ALL my things 3/4 way down a hall. Also, there was no one at the desk when I went to check out at 4am and it said there would be someone there 24/7. "

I was stopped by other motel stayers and informed that the previous occupants of my room had complained about bed bugs and roaches. I went to ask for my money back to leave and was told no.
