"We stayed on New Years Eve night as did not want to battle getting taxis back to South Cave, so booked in to The Carmichael for the night. Room was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel felt safe and secure and with Air conditioning, although we had it on heat to keep the room nice and warm, I can imagine the rooms stay nice and cool in the summer. Super convenient location being in the centre of hull with a car park to the rear of the venue. If parking your car...

"The Briarcroft Wayth Hotel is a small boutique hotel and great place to stay. Parking is easy to find, the sitting area is lovely. They provide a guest kitchen with refrigerator dishwasher sink, etc., as well as tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. The rooms are nice, although some are still under renovation. The staff is helpful and friendly. My only wish was that the mattress had a soft mattress topper to make the bed more comfortable. Other than that it was a great stay!"
