"The $100 hold for additional expenses I might incur while a guest was charged twice, I assume by accident. I was assured that both holds would be returned minus any actual charges that I incurred. Also, the bathtub/shower in my room was slippery when wet. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay."

"This area of Pittsburgh is safe, and the hotel was very clean and very good for the cost. Would recommend to stay here. Would totally do it again. I came into town for a concert and it was worth the 20 min to go over to this side of town to sleep. "

"The hotel was decorated nicely for the holiday and clean. The staff was very friendly. The one issue is the room claims to sleep 5. The pull out bed on the couch is completely useless. It is basically springs covered in a little fabric. The front desk said all the pull outs were like that. We had to go to Walmart and buy an air mattress. Other than that the stay was great."

"Stayed here after a Pitt game. Property is a but older, but clean. Staff was great. "

"Lock on the door was broken. No iron in the room. Black molding debris was in the shower from shelving. Had to pay to park in the parking lot which makes no sense. Breakfast was ok. Had to wait for eggs and creamer. "

"Was a nice hotel and clean .. however there was no elevator on the premises .. but overall it was better than what i imagined and also great location "

"Place was comfortable and clean. Nice staff. Only complaint was television reception! Everyone complained! Watching a show and every minute sometimes twice a minute the television goes out and back on. Very hard to watch anything! Front desk apologised and claimed everyone was experiencing the same."
