The only complaint is the very small size of the room. We booked the queen with loft room for my husband, teen daughter and myself and it was very tight. "Snow mountain ranch is beautiful anytime of year. lots of things to do out there and makes up for lack of TV or air conditioning(only a box fan in the window). I wasnt in the room until nightime when it cools off. Went to sleep right away. "

"Cozy and somewhat inconvenient, given the 3 unit facility is 16 mi. from Estes Park in a tiny mtn community. Nicely put together inside with sufficient nearby parking with a nicely nu if slightly small shower & bathroom space, along with a tiny but well put together Kitchen w/sink, mugs plates, silverware, etc. The king size bed is roomy & very 'fluffy' but not so good 4 those with bad backs.
