"This place is brilliantly located at the heart of Seville, but not in the bustling touristic center. It's right near Alameda de Hércules, with lots of restaurants and shopping, in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's located near the beautiful river, and about 20-min walking from the city center. The facility is awesome, with huge suites and with great service. Note that they don't have house-keeping, so keeping your room clean and organized is on you."

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel. My room was incredibly spacious. Clean and comfortable. Front desk was welcome and kind. The only thing I didn't like was how the area can be a little sketchy sometimes. The neighborhood is not the best but not the worst. One time I was returning to my hotel around 9:30pm via uber on a Saturday night and I was followed by a homeless man and he followed me all the way to the hotel steps. He was persistently calling out to me and matching my speed of walking....

"Place was near a grocery store which was nice bc this was our firat night of a 7 night trip. It was also within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was worth it! I would stay again."

"Very nice hotel. Not a good idea to have a car if you plan to stay in Seville. Parking is complicated especially I you have a larger car. Streets are very narrow.. we had to take an elevator to the parking with the car. Seville is mostly walkable in this area. Overall great hotel . Very modern . "
