"I was allocated a room on the 11th floor so the view from My bedroom window of the city was amazing, even at night as all the street lights came on. The location of the Hotel was ideal for Me as it meant I was able to walk to the Basel football shopping centre in 15 minutes and to the Rhine river and hills which surround the city. "The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk was super helpful…. The breakfast was great. The one negative was the shower stall. I do expect to take a show without hurting myself. The stall was simply too small, I can’t turn around without turn off or turning the water too hot. It was smaller than the ones on cruise ships. Worst of all, the shower was very slippery and I almost fell. I heard the same complaint from our friends. This has to be addressed. Overall it was...
