The house itself is lovely and has gorgeous views, and I imagine it's also a fantastic place to be during the summer months as you can easily access the lake below. "The listing was everything it said and felt more like home than we could have imagined! Being so close to downtown, it was easy to enjoy all the offerings on Woodin Ave and the different parks around the area. The hot tub works GREAT, the outside patio is such a cozy vibe, and the best part was bringing our dogs and feeling safe with them in the yard. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in downtown!"
