"It’s close to the centre. In the room we have everything we need. They offer drinking water and free pastries ( leftover from breakfast). The staff is friendly. Everything is sparkling clean. I don’t understand the low rate at all. "

"The Ibis Budget Hotel was clean as always, living up to the basic Ibis quality. It was easy to reach from the motorway. There’s a burger restaurant nearby (similar to McDonald’s) that offers great takeaway burgers at affordable prices. The staff were friendly and quick to help. "Arrived by bicycle which was securely housed. Breakfast & tax was extra. The glass door to the shower wet room seemed impractical to us. The kettle was appreciated. The restaurant was popular on the night we stayed. Breakfast was very good. "

"The hotel is simple, very clean and comfortable. The room was small but perfect for my one night stay. It's situated on the main road through town but was peaceful. I chose to have breakfast which was fresh, with a baguette, croissant, ham, cheese, yoghurt and coffee. The owner and team are friendly and helpful. I also ate in the restaurant, the food was excellent!"

"The hotel stay was very disappointing. We were on our way to our wedding and despite the fact that we told them so, they never congratulated (we were even wearing wedding t-shirts) and gave us a room facing a massive pipe. Terrible. We wished we chosen a different place that would have made more effort to make our wedding trip more special."

"A quiet and friendly hotel with beautiful food served in the restaurant each evening by a great team. We enjoyed a warm welcome when we arrived and throughout our stay. "Having the restaurant closed and the hotel locked when we arrived at 6:30 pm was a bit of a pain. We couldn’t get an answer from the number on the door and were about to leave and find another hotel when I found another number in my email that got a response. The place was fine otherwise."

"This was the first stop after 600 miles driving only to find the hotel locked up. I had seen that the Restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday (from their own website, but not Hotels.com) one of the reasons for choosing this hotel, but did not expect the Hotel to be closed. At the door there was a sign saying we speak French, z German and English. Good Service, good value hotel and good location

"We have been staying at this Ibis twice a year for 16 years, and have always been happy with the service. It is our mid journey stop and we welcomed the addition a few years ago of the opportunity to have a hot meal too. We travel with our dog and have never had a problem in that respect. We will continue to use this hotel in the future. Its location next to the M83 is ideal as we just pull off the motorway, have a meal and a good sleep, and then drive straight back on to the motorway to continue our journey. "
