"We traveled for a sports tournament and the hotel was as expected. We did hear the train as mentioned in other reviews, however we were near the front of the building so it was not loud enough to keep us up. The building is older and could use an overall remodel, but it was as expected. The beds were comfortable minus the pull out as you could feel every single spring. Multiple large stains were visible on the pull out. There was a fridge in the rooms and the size of the room was generous....

"Matthew’s Suncadia condo is very spacious and the kitchen was well appointed. We especially appreciated the full-sized oven and garbage disposal that not all units have. The kitchen was fully stocked- there’s even an air fryer which was a surprise bonus! We also enjoyed the extra comfy seating for movie watching and our teens loved playing the checkers game that is available. The unit could have been a bit cleaner. The extra sheets for the pullout bed and air mattress needed to be washed and...

"Pictures were relatively accurate, though I thought the property was bigger (from looking at pictures). Towels were strange. We enjoyed the outdoor space, including fire pit, the fire patio burner, and the hot tub. Property was very close to the neighbors so didn’t get good privacy. The road to get to the house has a lot of potholes - wasn’t expected. "
