"Nostalgic grand property. Room condition was only ok. Dried my hair in the bathroom and housekeeping never cleaned the hair up properly. Housekeeping seems to be slipping. Also they used to provide so many nice little touches like their signature peanut brittle on your bed combined with turn down service. None of those little extra touches exist anymore yet the prices seem to scale up. Another case where the customer is paying more for less."

"This hotel was basically inside the airport, a little tricky to get to it the first time. It was nice, clean, excellent breakfast. They didn’t clean our room which was disappointing after we spent the whole day at a track meet. I kind of felt like there was pet hair in the room. I know a lot hotels welcome pets now but I need a room with no pet hair. Very friendly staff, very convenient for our 6am flight home. "
