"Very good for the price, room was clean and comfortable and a reasonable size with a decent shower. Host was friendly and provided a good cooked breakfast in the morning. Can't comment on parking as I was travelling by train, but would happily stay here again."

If I had one little thing to say, it would be the lack of a mirror in the bedroom to get ready and do my hair, but other than that, no complaints. There was private parking at the back of the hotel which is a bonus as Penrith can be difficult for that. "

"This is probably one of the top three B&B's we have ever stayed in. The welcome was warm, checkin was flawless and the room exceeded expectations. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and informative and nothing was too much trouble. The little extras like home made biscuits, hot cross buns, damson gin and home made preserves turned a special stay into an extra special stay.
