"I stayed here a year ago and the girl at the front desk provided great customer service, room was large and soundproof. There were snacks in the room and free Netflix, Disney and Prime. This year there was no one at the desk when I arrived shortly after check in time. My fob was left at the desk to get into my room. I had a jetted tub instead of a shower, but the plug didn’t work, so needed to mcgiver a way to keep the plug in as no staff on site. There were 4 rambunctious boys that spent...
