"We stayed on the weekend of Diwali (the beginning of the Hindu fiscal year), so we understood the hotel was short staffed due to the celebration. On our 3rd attempt at a clean room, we got one. The woman working at check in was very kind. Later that evening when we returned, our TV didn't work. Another lady at the front desk came up and called the owner who walked her through fixing it.
