"The cigarette smoke came in through the AC and filled the room everyday. There was a man in the next room beating his wife. The room didnt not look like the pictures. The room was old and the bathroom was gross. A huge rat ran around in the walls everyday. "

"Was assigned a room in the ground floor, the bed was wet and the room had a lot of mosquitoes and was smelling very bad. The bathroom door din’t have lock from outside. Requested for room change. That room had the same standards and the room entrance has a plate with a greasy and smelly plate with half eaten chicken bones on it. "

"1. Staffs was friendly, but room was filthy. Found cockroaches and ants colony in the room. The hotel staff nicely try to offer replacement rooms, but its condition is about the same. Sorry, I will not back. 2. Internet was horrible. Keep disconnected somehow when your gadget (laptop/ipad/iphone) were idle. "Staff were unfriendly in regards to sending up 2 extra pillows, wanted to charge me for that. They would not provide a bowl or spoon from the kitchen. I wanted no food after kitchen was closed just a bowl for some soup and a spoon, they told me no. The bed was too hard and pillows were not filled enough. Noise from street and mosque 🕌 way too loud. Don't stay here. "

"The place is clean and conveniently located within walking distance to the mall, with a nice environment. However, I have concerns about whether they are legally allowed to rent to guests. Since it’s not an official hotel, check-in is handled entirely through WhatsApp, and you may have to meet in awkward places for ‘check-in.’ Despite all this, they still collect a ‘deposit,’ so keep that in mind if you decide to stay here."
