"We had a suite, a one bedroom suite. Excellent concept. could have used one or two chairs in the bedroom to help with dressing and relaxing on something other than the bed. The staff gave us a computer chair which helped. "

"I receive a notice from the hotel saying that, they were still updating the hotel which I saw was finish and beautiful... The indoor pool had no heat... I assumed they are still work on..."

"Claire at the front desk is an absolute gem. She will fix any problems to make your stay a pleasant experience. She is worth 10x her present salary! The room could have used a complete vacuuming. What has happened to thorough cleaning in these chains lately????"

"Cheap but you want to get the rooms attached to office building or right behind the main building bc the rooms are much much nicer. Each building has a different owner and the building to the side with front and back rooms , up and down stairs are the worst most have roaches and others have to many companies issues , as well as bad odor"
